The Crown Jewel is derived from “cactus” plant concept, the form is a combination of fluidity and roughness. It suggests the character of the location, and overlooking the creek, it surely will be a landmark. The design of tower is smooth but the triangular grid system and triangular openings in the balcony shall make it look fantastic. Since the highlighted location of the project is surrounded by embassies and important buildings, a touch of royalty is injected into it. The majestic columns that are laid crisscrossing along the major
intersection of the avenue shall catch great attention, a true landmark it is. The plan is simple, fit for the simple rectangular
lot. The side views are set to be embossed, small projections are introduced to add effect on the side elevations since the tower is a sculpture.
