Proposed development was based on idea to separate pedestrian area from the traffic. Pedestrian area is a green, friendly terrace with office entrances. New space would create new quality of use. In the center of the terrace is located integrator- information building for customers. In that way customer activity is separated from main buildings where offices for clerks are located.
