The Presidential Offices Building is located on one of the Bastions of Walled City Nicosia. It becomes a part of its context with its fragmented masses and inner courtyards that reflect the local architectural identity of the area. 5000 m2 in size the building is four floors _ two basements_ and they all receive daylight and fresh air thanks to the gaps created in every floor. The project received first prize in the Competition for North Cyprus Presidential Offices Building. After the competition the project is redesigned according to a renewed architectural program in 2009.

2009
