Description

This is a 8 storied residential project located atNiketon - Gulshan, Dhaka,Bangladesh. Land area is 3600 sft. Dhaka is highly populated area and every inch of land are occupied for construction. To give a breathing space for green - the building occupied less than 50 percent of land for construction.

Internal court separate private zone and public zone to create a sense of privacy which is very much impotant in traditional bengali house pattern.
