CONJUNTO Q ROO - 3ROOM PROTOTYPE
This is one of three prototypes of houses designed for a housing project in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. It is a trowel on building columns, releasing the first plant to make way for parking and services. The following two stories are occupied by a public area and the area close to the house.
The design of this building is based on the use of passive energy. Des Thus the solar, lighting, cross ventilation, thermal mattresses and vegetation were the defining of the plastic house.
