For the competition of the court on duty in the city of Justice, Madrid, the cylinder was taken as the foundation required to generate an administrative building of this nature.
The interstitium between two glass plates a great hall open access movement is also the principal of the building connecting the various areas through corridors that cut the cylinder in four.
