The site is located in Newcastle Avenue, Rose Bay, Sydney.
The house is a dual dwelling and was design to over view Rose Bay golf course located opposite to the site. The clean planes of the house and vertical opening filters the light into the spaces creating a relationship between inside and outside, inspired by Richard Neutra houses in Los Angeles.
