A scheme to develop the first floor of the Guernsey Island Bowl. The space was previously a restaurant, which has now been closed down. The scheme has been submitted for planning approval, and if realised, will consist of ten spacious first floor apartments with a communal terrace and views onto neighbouring islands. The current building is very much a landmark in it`s area, so the external appearance of the structure needs to be maintained.
