Urban public space escaping the city, the objective
is to create a natural experience, the city and countryside
(a universe inserted in another universe). The multiple layers
the different uses, the lower (level -1), serves as
parking of vehicles. The intermediate layer (level 0),
is the mediator, area of movement and residence,
is in the context of the street.
The top layer (level 1), large area of the street, away from
city and creates its own identity, playful space of
contemplation, residence, serves mainly of abstraction
City to users.
The core (central square) is a multi-functional space,
that can provide various types of events, or simply
act as a square.
