The given area is ideal for accommodation of a such complex as possesses following characteristics: wood air, curative properties of estuary {a reference, especially valuable dirt, high concentration of the mineral salts useful to an organism which are not conceding on properties to salts of the Dead Sea, mineral water}.
The complex to share on following zones:
- a socially-administrative zone. Includes the central building in which there is a spacious hall with the top illumination and is continuation of the central avenue; 3 conference halls capacity per 75, 150 and 300 person; restaurant on 300 landing places.
