This project was realized for a friend of mine. His instructions were given to me after a few bottles of whisky were finished. "Do me a Blue Cube, as a beach house!", he said.

First, I cumplished with his wish, but then I decided to add some elements increase its quality.

The most important of these adds were the terraces that go beside the house. In my experiences -more as a beach lover, than an architect- the best beach houses are those that take advantage from the exteriors. Balconies and terraces are the elements that become a house into a real beach house. Landscape is very important, and it should guide the terraces` location. Therraces should allow the user to enjoy the sun and the tropical weather, but it also should always offer some close shelter away from sunlight.

That`s why our proposal counts with different balconies, locating one over the other; so the outter spaces may happen in a paralell way to the house`s interiors.

It`s a very plastic solution.
