These Cottages inside the Pyramid valley campus are designed in Pagoda style. These are twin cottages with a courtyard in centre. The cottages are constructed using Exposed Brick masonry walls, Ferrocement roof and they are planned such that the inside rooms will be cooler and comfortable, with a soaking pond in the centre. Each cottage has been designed to have a verandah in the front.

The Cottages measure 2400 sft with a court yard in the centre. These cottages have a ferrocement roof covered with Terracota tiles. The walls are with Exposed Bick masonry.
