The PWD of Andaman Island proposes to build 20 luxury cottages along with all the facilities of a 5 star tourist resort; a new reception and lounge with multicuisine dining and a modern kitchen for the guests; the existing cottages to be upgraded and refurbished. The existing reception will be converted into a conference hall and a new Green building for sitting purpose and carparking at the ground level.
