Mixed use building. Commercial, cultural and amusement use.
The building itself is an astronomical observatory allowing people to see specific astronomical events in different times of the year. I.E: Summer solstice, spring equinox etc.
The design is thought to be flexible and the cinemas are also designed to be used as a cultural centre during the day.
The building is energy efficient using passive systems to control the temperature and isolation .
In the roof floor there is a technological park to allow children to see alternative energy generating systems.
