A large house built during different periods of the 20th century has been adapted to curent functional and aesthetic needs without neglecting its historical and architectural value. original architectural elements of this house were restored and in some cases re-evaluated adding modern day materials like glass and concrete. it is hard to imagine life in these big mansions without the central courtyard, around wich life revolves. it was evident this was the important relationship between the indoors and the outdoors. the house maintains this communication between the old and the new without either one overbearing the other.
