Moderated by Pratt Professor William Menking, the panel will include the Mayor of the City of Kigali, Fidele Ndayisaba; the Director of Urban Planning of the City of Kigali, Liliane Uwanziga Mupende; the CEO of Ujenge Group, Patrick Sebatigita; the housing developer, Ken Bialek; and the organizer of Round Table, Sharon Davis.
