Bruce Katz (Vice President at the Brookings Institution and founding Director of the Brookings Metropolitan Policy Program) will explain how ground-up innovations at a city level are solving the toughest economic problems in the USA, while Anne Power (Professor of Social Policy and Head of LSE Housing and Communities) will reflect on the relevance of these developments for UK cities.
