This project takes part in a whole action planning focused on obtaining an ATTRACTIVE and SUSTAINABLE space, both on it’s facade and it’s interior.

Facing a sheer site, we adapt to the topography with shapes creating three volumes which allow us to overcome gradients. The landscape invades the interiors throught long patios which allow to point the multiple office rooms by a logic orientation north-south and overcome the gradient between the two access streets.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT is also one of the most important project aspects of the project, so the ecological roofing, the concrete wall to prevent thermal energy loses due to Cuenca’s weather, the wood closure with sustainable exploit seal, fluxors in WC, use of renowables energies, the heat control study throught natural air circulation by “chimeney vents”, the natural lighting optimization, especially the overhead lighting because of its quality for workspaces, will show the maximum agreement with environment using available technologies.

The building designed which serves to the different programmes, also becomes a way of environmental awareness to  the citizens who work, visit or observe, not to let them to be mere spectators, but the proposed landscape influence them when know or living it.The project that a space where natural elements fuse with daily life spaces.
