Nouvel towers over Paris competition

Jean Nouvel has beaten Foster & Partners and Daniel Libeskind in acompetition to design a landmark tower in Paris’s La Defense district.At 301m tall, the Signal Tower will be only 23m lower than the EiffelTower in the city centre.
