Foster + Partners has unveiled its proposals for a new waterfront development on the north-east-Italian resort of Rimini.The scheme boasts a seafront promenade, public spaces and and a hoteltower which will extend out to sea along a new 300m-long pier, andwhich will include space for a museum dedicated to film directorFederico Fellini.Foster + Partners` Stefan Behling said: `We are delighted to submit our proposal to reinvigorate the popular resort of Rimini.`This is an exciting opportunity to unite the town with its seafront and to regenerate the public realm.`
