Last night, 350 people gathered to hear famed architect TadaoAndo speak at UCLA`s School of Architecture and Urban Design. Theaudience was mostly made up of students from the architecture school,which is chaired by architect Hitoshi Abe, whose work is featured in Architecture Now! 3.Also in attendance Greg Goldin of Los Angeles magazine; author MichaelWebb; professor and critic Sylvia Lavin; professor and historian TomHines; and Richard Koshalek, the president of Art Center College ofDesign.
