Rocco YimThe first of this year’s keynotes will be given by prominent Hong Kong architect Rocco Yim of Rocco Design Associates who alongside Fosters + Partners and OMA are behind the new West Kowloon Cultural District. Yim will be speaking about the project which is the largest arts and cultural project in Hong Kong to date.
