icam, the international confederation of architectural museums, will hold its 17th biannual conference in September 2014 in Montreal and New York, hosted by the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) in Montreal, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and the Avery Library of Columbia University in New York. The conference will start in Montreal on Sunday 21st September 2014 with the opening lecture, tours and three conference sessions on the following days addressing archiving born-digital material, the pressure of the contemporary and emerging institutions. On 25th September, the conference continues in New York, with special tours and sessions on education and collaboration between institutions. The conference will conclude on 28th September. Below you will find a summary of the program; a more detailed program will follow.

The fee, hotels and more practicalities
We were able to offer you the full conference for 550 EUR (CAD$825), the post conference costs an extra 100 EUR (CAD$150) (early bird rates, valid until May 16). See the registration form and the program for more details. The fee includes: 
• Opening reception in Montreal
• Conference program in Montreal and New York, including tour program
• Coffee and tea breaks during the conference in Montreal
• Lunch on Monday and Tuesday at CCA, dinner on Wednesday at CCA
