An international conference on the making of cultural identity in architecture will take place December 6 - 8 2004 in Berlin. The conference will aim to reveal the mechanisms of constructing the “own” and the “foreign” in an international, global context. Representatives from a wide range of disciplines including history, sociology, anthropology and art history are welcome to contribute.
