Idea-Tops Organizing Committee has announced the 9th International Space Design Award, calling for marvelous projects of interior design and architecture from around the world. The winners will be selected by international jury, whichis consisted of senior experts in the field, with the principles of being professional, rigorous, fair and just. 

Participants should send their entries until 31st December, 2018 via Idea-Tops' website or its media platform—China Interior Design website. 

World Architecture Community is Global Media Partner for Idea-Tops competition and will follow the whole process regarding the competition. 

International Space Design Award—Idea-Tops is the most influential, internationalized and authoritative design award in China, which is organized with support of Chinese government. Over the past nine years, the Idea-Tops Award has conducted a global promotional tour through more than 50 cities around the world. The number of Idea-Tops participants from 45 countries and regions has reached 10,000 with the total number of entries around 40,000. Idea-Tops Award-winning projects range from National Center for the Arts in Kaohsiung to Biesbosch Museum Islandin Werkendam, from a private house in Mexico to Luxury St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resortin China.  

Seaside buildings and green architecture projects also feature in various guises. The architects and designers whose work has been honoured range from small practices to large, international ones.

Participants

Interior designers and architects from all over the world can take part in the competition. The competition provides equal opportunities for all the participants.

In 2018 AECOM, Gensler, Woods Bagot, UN Studio, Wilson Associates, Benoy, Baumschlager Eberle Architects and other world-known design and architecture companies will participate in Idea-Tops Award. Their outstanding projects prove the high standards and international influence of Idea-Tops.

Key dates for the competition

The deadline of submission: 31st December, 2018.

The announcement of the winners: beginning of February, 2019.

The awarding ceremony of Idea-Tops: April 26th, 2019

1. Sign up at the official website of Idea-Tops or its media platform—China Interior Design Website. 

2. Login and fill in personal/company information (please make sure the information is real and complete, so that the organizer is able to contact you);

3. Release works and choose "Participate in the Idea-Tops Award";

4. Pay entry fee online (150 USD per entry).
