Argentinean architecture studio Biagioni / Pecorari Arquitectos has completed a private house with a beige color in Santa Fe, Argentina. Named Casa GN, the house is a beige-colored private residence situated on a green landscape.
This house was conceived for a intense social life and the enjoyment of exterior spaces. The layout of the plan adapts to the plot’s irregular shape in order to maximize the use of the open space.
As a bent-bar shape located near the street limit, the house opens to the garden trough a continuos glass front oriented to the best sun conditions of north-east, while south-west facade closes up to wind, rain and aggresive afternoon sun, allowing, at the same time intimacy from the street.
In a near future, the house might add a second floor, already designed to preserve ground floor relations with exterior spaces.
