Position Requirements:
1. As an individual, this person HAS master skills of using different kinds of software (either 3D or 2D kinds, both will be preferred. Graphic Design is a HAS TO), senior architect shall complete the task that assigned to him/her efficiently, accurately within the time frame. The only standard of quality of his/her work is from his/her direct supervisor. 1) Follow the time schedule; 2) Accuracy of the drawing; 3) clearly shown the design direction that partners give to him/her, 4) clean and neat, with taken fully consideration of function/volume, study or calculation.

2. Has rich experiences (No less than 10 years) of construction site oversee, or viewing construction drawings. Could find out the problem of the drawing immediately and solve it with his/her team.
3. This person has to be fully aware with deep knowledge of Chinese Rules and Regulation of construction. Knowing both Chinese standard and international one in certain country will be preferred.
4. Can lead a time to complete submission/ or certain tasks, projects him/her is assigned to, according to the request from partner or associates
5. Could successfully communicate with Client, Consultants, LDI, constructor, and supplier. Deliver the clear message and collect effective feedbacks. Represent MAD and its design, and make sure the vision is protected by his/her communication skills or architectural skills.
6. Can distribute the tasks to his/her team, can break-down the comments or feedbacks from partner to actions that assigned by this person to different team member. Reasonably assign task according to team member and also give enough support and help.
7. Can smooth and fluently communicate/report to with partners, understand their comments and needs, understand the priority of the problems that needs to be solved, understand the key points that needs to be presented, can raise effective important questions, and follow the willing of the partners.
8. Give clear direction to the team, give enough coaching, and help team member to improve.
Candidate Requirements
* Possess bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture,
* Have minimum 7 years of experience, especially those that have participated and completed large scale projects at top tier international design firms. The ideal candidate should also be extremely professional, possess strong communication skills and experienced in execution phases- especially that in DD and CD,
* Be a strong leader, can direct and also coach design teams well to ensure overall design quality, scheduling and execution, can oversee junior architects’ performance and deliver proper guidance for their career path and learning curve in MAD office,
* Has expertise in AutoCAD. Preference will be given to those who very familiar with Rhino or Maya.
* Be experienced in shop drawings and has strong knowledge in the profession. Possess the skills to communicate work details in every step of construction and detail documentation phases, also very familiar with materials;
* Can keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude. The candidate should also be positive and out-going, strong communicator and able to priorities and handle multi-tasks when he/she is required to do so.
* Have deep knowledge, understanding and education of general design concept, also has acknowledgement of technical terms, policy, protocol & rules for project. Can absolutely understand, deliver and execute principals’ thoughts and idea on project and design concept.
* Strong communicator that had experience and could communicate with client or other partners. Has general oversight and management on the entire project or maybe multiple projects that He/She is overseeing.
