Renovation of two residential units in the residence of Pinamare site designed by the architect. S. Hutter in 1972.

The complex is characterized by  a strong interaction with the ligurian environment context by creating a succession of terraces facing the sea, lying on sloping ground, which give every housing unit - to each plan - the ability to have an attractive terrace on the bay and the real feeling of being in a villa on the sea, on the ground floor.

The units affected by the renovation are positioned and adjacent to the sixth and last floor of the Residence. This prime location is exploited in reset of the large terrace facing the sea and the garden which extends upstream toward the side access road to the complex.

Large sliding glass doors are the fifth flexible separating the inside from the outside environment, thus creating the possibility of extension into the sea of space dedicated to the living area: white, bright and welcoming. The rooms and services face instead the back, towards the mountain, to the tranquility of the cool pine forest on the slope. The garden comprises a succession of different spaces, along the path; spaces of rest in the green grass, on wooden plank, around a picturesque stretch of water that contributes to their magic. Day with the naturalness of the ligurian landscape and night through careful lighting project linked to the use of more high-tech home automation.
