MIPIM 2017 Awards Shortlist Announced

The MIPIM Awards 2017, an internationally-renowned real estate competition at MIPIM, the world's property market's shortlist includes completed buildings and future projects from 11 categories with buildings by Foster+Partners, Arup Associates, JAJA Architects, Årstiderne Arkitekter, Studio MK27, Santiago Calatrava, COBE and Henning Larsen Architects.

The jury, chaired this year by John Forrester, CEO EMEA of Cushman & Wakefield, reviewed the 214 entries received this year, and shortlisted the top four projects in each of the 11 competition categories.

For the MIPIM Awards, MIPIM delegates will be invited to vote for their favourite project in each of the 11 categories at the MIPIM Awards Gallery from 14 to 16 March. This vote, combined with the jury's vote, will represent 50% of the final result. The MIPIM Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, France.

This year's theme for MIPIM is 'A New Deal for Real Estate', which will be discussed between 14-17 March, 2017 at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, France.
