Philippe Starck has revealed his new concept 'Villa M' for health professionals in the Montparnasse district of Paris. Villa M is dedicated to health and its diverse actors that will be an innovative concept for the real estate developed by the Groupe Pasteur Mutualité. Starck's concept is a composite place that offers unprecedented cross programs; health, innovation lab, working, accommodation, restaurant & bar and conference spaces. 

Covering total 8000 square-meters in the heart of Paris, Villa M aims to inform and accommodate GNER health professionals, facing the changes in their environment. Villa M will combine humanity and modernity. It will provide, caregivers and patients, a unique place to learn all real-time medicine, derived from "4 Ps": Predictive, Preventive, Personalized and Participatory. Philippe Starck's new concept will place people at the heart of medical innovations, and will enable it to test and to control, thus making it an actor of his own health.

The whole community of health professionals will be able to get to the Villa M to learn, share, discover and test the latest advances in health. Villa M be an iconic project bringing up mutual values and giving them a new modernity.

The design of this project will use raw and natural materials. The rigorous aspect of the steel structure requires a seriousness to the building. A balanced weight by the ubiquity glass facades that surround the Villa M a permeable membrane sign of his special relationship with his environment. The city and the building communicate in a stronger agreement by osmotic revegetation of facades.
