Technical data

North facing passive Solar Design with 440 Litre solar hot water heating and wood fire booster. Full power self sufficiency with 5.5 kW photovoltaic rooftop power generation behind single standing seam zinc clad parapet walls to bedroom wing with 14 kW generator backup. Honed finish reinforced concrete slab with 300mm thick rammed limestone wall to southern elevation and Corten clad walls to western elevation.
