Paradise Tower is a 33-floor tower next to the International Exhibition Centre in the capital. It is intended for office, commercial and hotel use for the visitors of the exhibition and the offices for the entrepreneurs that reside in the city.
T he shape of the tower imitates the mountainous landscape behind it and curtain walls as well as white concrete are materials used for the facade.
Due to its unique location and the design of terrace to all its floors, the tower offers stunning views to the city, the huge exhibition centre and the Alborz mountain range. The interiors provide a luxurious lobby on the ground floor, a six floors that includes an exclusive shopping centre, fitness centre and wellness spa, a fourteen-floor luxury hotel and eleven-floor offices. On the last floor, there is a roof garden from which a 360-degree view of the city can be enjoyed.
