Madrid-based interior design practice Patricia Bustos Studio has created light pink interiors with arched details, hard and soft elements for a concept store in Madrid, Spain.

Named An&Be Store, the 75-square-metre store was designed for Spanish firm An&Be, who has its own manufacturing and materiality in Madrid.

The new concept store is comprised of hard and soft elements, pinkish textures and colors where a high quality of craftsmanship is reflected for customers.

The designers combined elegant furniture pieces, linen curtains and geometric details with the skills of craftsmen who work in the brand.

The store, adorned with details, is combined with arched partitions, natural stones, concrete blocks, terracotta, gresite, and natural rattan in which all elements are hand-made.

The space, which considers the complexity and the diversity of materials and the harmony between them, creates a timeless space in addition to the delicacy of the basics.

"The people who enter will be picked up by a harmonious space that integrates a sense of raw beauty while discovering the numerous collection of the brand through the exhibitors to reach a resort to the fitting rooms," said Patricia Bustos Studio.

"The architecture and the garments dialogue with each other and tell a story of heritage and innovation."

The studio has preferred to use earth colors for the store's furnishings to create a contrast to the warm tones of the ceiling and edges of the arches and baseboards.

The studio combined travertine marble with Portuguese pink marble on the central tables, counter, and bench in the fitting area.

The entire store is complemented by a skirting detail that is made of clay pieces of different tones and is placed piece by piece throughout the store.

The studio distributed the lighting inside to create a warm atmosphere and respect the shades of the garments.

While the store is designed in a circular layout, the studio implemented a curved treatment referring to the buttons so characteristic in their firm, "mixed with mirrors so that the customer is reflected in the world of the firm and see themselves reflected at the moment inside it."

As the studio added, there are no corners inside as all have been rounded, aiming to create a harmonious space where the garments are the protagonists.
