The villa is located in the resort area Priboy near Varna and it is designed to correspond with the surrounded rich woodland vegetation. The building is designed with two above ground floors and one underground floor with smaller units of area. The day zone is found on the first floor and the night zone with two bedrooms occupies the second floor. An interesting accent of the plan design is the double height of the living area and the fireplace hanging in the centre of this area. The erection of part of the villa above the ground and the thick stone parts of the building create a feeling of heaviness and protection. The interior made of glass and wood communicates with the forest. A roof with a negative slope maintains a balance of the volumes.
