The project aim is to provide spaces dedicated to the teaching and learning of music in all its aspects, the program contains an academy, both indoor and outdoor spaces for musical performances , sound interaction, investigation and experimentation spaces plus ludic and multifunctional spaces.
The design goal was to generate a musical language from the architectural perspective, to materialize music based in in the principles of sound as a concept generator, sound waves were used to generate a spatial envelope as a unifying element through out the entire project.
The designs generative architecture articulates the space through its basic Sound waves compositive elements which are capable of creating complex structures with specific methods regarding functionality , structure and form , from and for the artist sensibility.

Energy efficiency , Through is carefully located linear elements which derive from the floor to the covering top of the buildings , natural lighting , and ventilation systems provide thermal comfort and lighting optimization to the inner spaces.

Each of the buildings are based on a single modular characteristic that allows the same construction methods and technology be applied through the entire process, each building is made of several outer shells each providing and tackling levels of comfort for the functional needs , as a concept the outer shell conformed of the linear 'soundwave' elements addresses the environmental control to the inner volume , this inner volume working as a single great container covered by acoustic double-glass deconstructs itself in angular non-parallel faces avoiding echoes or reverb inside where sound is created in wooden cabins each of them well isolated and separated from the others by the circulation and public spaces ,all this layout in favor creating this space of creativity and perception as being inside the music.

The project works as a catalyst for urban development as it is located in the expanding area of the city, creating landmarks for urban planning in the near future ,and respecting the urban environment of the old downtown as it was named by UNESCO ' Heritage City' for its urban and architectural characteristics.
Such an intervention is imminent because of the population interests and requirements and the need to look forward to integrate the city to the global network of architecture by architecture for countries in development as well , based on urban , socio-economical and environmental factors.
