Located in Lower Parel, the idea behind was to create a space that becomes the cultural home of the millennial generation. The cafe has spaces that provide holistic experiences through décor itself.The client’s brief, was to create a space that can easily accommodate and transform as per various events and also showcase MTV in all its glory. Taking the client’s brief as the foundation, team Chromed let their imaginations run wild and hence the idea of a café that literally ‘flips’ came into being. The intent was to create a dynamic and ever-changing space. Each of the functional element in the restaurant like lighting, furniture and partitions change in order to alter the overall atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, dinner or special occasions.

The furniture used in the space was designed keeping in mind that the café is used as a work space in the day a event space in the nights. Designed in collaboration with Alankaram, a furniture design and manufacture studio in Delhi, the style of the furniture is modern with clean lines and detailed forms with accents in bold colors. Quirky elements such as flipping table tops, hammock chairs and piano sofas were designed to reflect the brands bold style.
