The Istanbul Design Biennial

The Istanbul Design Biennial, has been organized by Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts first time this year, is starting at October 13.

The curators of the Biennial are Emre Arolat and Joseph Grima. Musibet, one of the two main exhibitions of the Biennial, can be visited in Istanbul Modern and Adhokrasi will be available to see in Galata Greek Primary School.

During biennial, over 100 designs and projects can be seen which was designed by over 300 architects and designers coming from 46 countries all over the world. The Istanbul Design Biennial, starting at October 13, will last till December 12 contents tens of events such as academy programme, workshop exhibitions, seminar programme, film screenings, parallel participant programme and design walks as well as the two main activities.
