Ashok Babu
Ashok did his B.Arch at MSEC and M.Arch at SAP, Anna University,Chennai. He founded Genesis Architects based at Madurai.{1999-04} He joined USA based Venco Development Corporation as Design Director{2004-06} He worked in Afghanistan on projects for US Army Corps of Engineers,USAID,ISAF& Afghan ministries.His contribution to the rebuilding efforts in Afghanistan was highly appreciated by the CoE and Afghan Ministries. He came back to India in 2006 and is working in a senior position for a reputed Developer at Bangalore.He has served as Secretary of the Indian Institute of Architects,Madurai Centre {2002-04}.He has served as a guest lecturer & design critic at various Architecture schools.Apart from his profession his other passions are painting, photography and playing the Drum.
