Young professional currently working at Zaha Hadid Architects in London. Has been in the Architecture and Built environment since 2011 when she started her undergraduate studies at the Canterbury School of Architecture, graduating with Merit.
Later on in mid 2015, she started her year out for 10 months at RMJM in Istanbul, Turkey where she developed her 2D and 3D skills on several projects, from residential master planning to mixed use high rises, in and out of Istanbul. At RMJM she improved her skills but also gone through stressful deadlines, learned how an office actually works as a team the whole time; essential values for an Architectural career.
In 2017, she completed my first Master’s Degree on Bio-integrated Architectural Design at the Bartlett School of Architecture. At the Bartlett, she based her Thesis on investigating the possibility to power micro-fluidics through bio-photovoltaics to support and self-regulate algae growth, with algae acting as the living specie powering the bio-photovoltaic. The work was carried out in the context of a multi-layered robotic deposition of variable viscosity hydrogel.
June 2019, she completed my Masters of Architecture Part2 at the University of Westminster. The 1st year was all about exploring new parametric simulations and fractal designs with Arthur Mamou Mani. She challenged herself using grasshopper for her design on refugee settlements for the Syrian refugees arriving in Athens, Greece and applied for BurningMan festival 2018.
During the final year she worked with Alessandra Ciancetta and Juan Pinol on exploring the radical transformation of landscapes, territories and cities in the context of global art collections.
In parallel, for both postgraduate years, she was involved in helping with the teaching of 1st year Interior Architecture students for both their studio and digital practice modules.
