Situated in an consolidated area, mostly residential, this building tries to break with the dull architecture of this area.

By creating several paths through the building, the same was given a fluid characteristic.
The building`s roof is an important feature in here, because it can be walkable and gives the surrounding space a fresh look.

An 4 Hotel, 6 congress rooms and a 5000m2-exhibition room are part of this project.
