Forty storeyed Office Block is positioned on the Eskisehir road with 45º angle and the lower floors are open to the courtyard functioned as the Mall. Twenty storeyed Residential Block is placed in the north and connected to the Mall through vertical circulation elements. Open and semi-open public squares are designed to build the connection with Metropolitan.
