Housing project including 120 apartments, Innsbruck, Tyrol

Satellite beach is located on the banks of river Inn, quite near to the city centre of Innsbruck. It is also a subsidized residential building complex consisting of 3 separate buildings with 6 storeys each. All together there are 120 apartments with a size of 60-100m2, all of them have either a balcony/terrace or a private garden.

The construction is a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with prefabricated units. The façade is glazed in many parts, so the houses and apartments are light and friendly inside. But also the outside creates a friendly atmosphere due to the colourful balconies. On all three buildings are roof terraces that offer a breathtaking view on the surrounding mountains.
