The Temple Complex project in the heart of Ayodhya City, in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India, evokes in memory, the ancient glory of North Indian Hindu Temple Architecture. The Design is like a story capturing details of the holy city of Ayodhya from the Indian epic Ramayana and providing devotees with an educative spiritual experience. The symbolism to the Journey of Lord Rama -the Principle Deity is translated for reminiscent spatial clues in the project. The comprehensive architecture design of the temple combines the planning logic of traditional temple architecture, heavy materiality of stone and reverence to nature.
