RCC framed structure . Ground floor, a cellar ( often used for camps and store) and a first floor with guest rooms, a small conference room, library. The building has pyramidical roof forms to evolve a strong sillohoutte, and reduce the virtual height of the srtucture to resemble it to the personality of the freedom fighter. The building derives many such analogies form the personality of the great person and pays tribute to his works and him as a person too. Once again the plan strives to seek its monumental character and help prolong its visual life as long as society will rememeber the works of the freedon fighter and his contributions to the country.
