The project of private housing estate in Almaty. {Clay dwelling theme development}.
Plans of all levels are based on the combination of circles: generally the plan looks like a flower with the core and six petals.
Designed basis of the building - timber framing. After the installation of doorways and window openings the remaining cavities of the framework arc filled with clay blocks on the ledge. Inside and outside all the shell structure of the building is covered by the clay mixture. After the application of the layers of lime plaster hydrophobization and decorative finish is carried out.
Usage of nature materials provides favourable microclimate inside the dwelling and departure from rectangular planning forms aesthetically beautiful and expressive architectural appearance. Dwellers of the building find themselves in unusual interiors, which arc formed by unobstructed "soft" forms. On the whole, the building create an impression of natural structure, as if it is growing from the earth and strives after the sky,
