The majority of my work combines drawing and painting with images and language culled from comic books, instruction manuals, product advertisements, and children’s activity books, to produce semi-narrative scenes featuring characters plagued by miscommunication and ennui, engaged in bouts of cartoon violence, and assailed by forces beyond their control.
