The Houses of the Future exhibition was at Sydney Olympic Park until 30 October, 2005. This innovative exhibition showcases sustainable design excellence and environmental innovations in six houses made from clay, concrete, timber, steel, cardboard and glass and two creative gardens. The Houses of the Future exhibition challenges us to consider the future of our built environment and two of the most tangible elements of that environment - the `house` and the `garden`.
