Housing and longevity -the new aging at WAF 2016 with Matthias Hollwich from HWKN

Housing and longevity -the new aging is one of the most enthusiastic sessions of today held at WAF, which tackled all generation's activities in a multilayered context. Matthias Hollwich, Principal, Hollwich Kushner (HWKNhas opened up a great debate on multi-aging living within a contemporary design. The session has evaluated 'empowerment communities', providing scalable support to inhabitants and enabled cradle-to-grave housing.

The session's main question was 'are occupiers and clients ready to take on board new approaches and housing typologies?'. In response to these situations, Matthias Hollwich has presented his new book titled 'New Aging' that stimulates multi-cultural and multi-aging families living together.

''Anti-aging building is a new prototype for living together'' according to Matthias Hollwich. Hollwich's presentation, referring to his book, included any new titles focusing on alternative living such as bathroom/bedroom checklist, find reasons to get out, trade help, put hobbies to work, have a room with a view, start-up your life, housemates are the roommates.
