Created in 1991, the MIPIM Awards is an internationally-renowned real estate competition held at MIPIM, the world’s property market taking place from 15 to 18 March, 2016 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The MIPIM Awards honour the most outstanding and accomplished projects, completed or yet to be built, around the world.

On Tuesday 26 January, 2016, the jury composed of real estate leaders met in Paris to go through the received entries and select 4 finalists in each of the 11 categories. Discover them below and click on each for more details!

During MIPIM, from Tuesday 15 (9.00) to Thursday 17 March (noon), delegates will be invited to vote for their favourite project in each of the 11 categories at the Awards Gallery located in the heart of the exhibition area. This vote and the jury's vote will each count 50% of the final results. that will determine the category winners.

In addition, the People's Choice Award will be given to the public's favourite project, thanks to a pre-MIPIM online vote which will be launched shortly. One project out of the all the finalists will receive special recognition from the public, from you!

All winners will be revealed during the prestigious MIPIM Awards Ceremony (open to all MIPIM participants) to be held on Thursday 17 March 2016 at 18.30 at the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals, Cannes. The ceremony will be followed by the Awards Cocktail to toast with the winners!
