Vietnam-based design studio a21studio designed a shelter / a new hut stop for local people in the Nha Trang city of Vietnam, which can force the artistic boundaries between functionality and temporal designs. The installation is made up of a Vietnam  materials -an old boat and the design provides a shelter for the residents- one of the boat is reversed and superimposed over the other boat- and these boats are mounted on slim bamboo sticks -which is also a very traditional material of the city.

For the local people, it is very difficcult to adapt some natural environmental conditions like occasional floodings, stronf winds and rising waters in Vietnam and the natives should find their own mobility networks resisting to hard conditions. Especially,  among the natural environmental conditions are continued widespread water pollution, poor service quality, low access to improved sanitation in rural areas, poor sustainability of rural water systems, insufficient cost recovery for urban sanitation, and the declining availability of foreign grant and soft loan funding as the Vietnamese economy grows and donors shift to loan financing- and the designers attracts many attentions to this area thanks to their creative, fresh, small-scaled and functional designs. a21studio generally uses ''bamboo material'' in all its designs and creates a very dynamic and resisting installations, tents, chapels, private houses and buildings for Vietnamese with contemporary look.
